An important remark about Noor Programs' Installation (Setup)
A 0: All Noor programs are presented in a pack of four DVD's. You may have already purchased Noor programs, however, you will need these DVD's to troubleshoot it and solve the Anti-virus problems, to setup Noor programs in Windows 7, Windows Vista (32 Bit and 64 Bit), to set up and activate Noor programs on external hard disks and on memory chips (flash memories).
Obviously, if you have purchased the software programs, and possess their serial number, you needn't pay the full price of Noor programs, and only in this case the pack of DVD's without serial numbers will be useful for you. All supports will be offered through this very version).

A 1: Please follow the steps below:
Double click the file setup.exe from the Disk. The installation will begin shortly.
Select your favorite language (English, Arabic or Persian)
Click Next.
Read the End User Agreement and click "I Agree", and then click "Next".
In this step the minimum requirements and the recommended ones are displayed. Make sure that the required items to run the Program are available on your computer and then click "Next".
Here you are prompted to specify a path (or folder) where the Program is to be installed and your personal researches are to be saved.
Please note that this path should provide the least required space for setting up the Program. It is recommended to click the button "Browse" which suggests you the acceptable path, because if a character is deleted by mistake, you will receive an error message, and will fail to install the Program.
Note 1: in case you want to change the path, make sure not to delete the slash and colon.
Note 2: the programs which lack a setup file, can be run from the disk by the main file of the Program.

A 5: in case the folder "Temp" of the Windows has no free space, the above message appears.
Solution: The "Temp" folder of the Windows must be emptied. To do so, close all open windows, then in Windows XP click "Run" from "Start". When the Run input line appears, type: %temp% onto search input line, then press the Enter key.
Now Select All its content and delete them.

A 6: This message appears due to repeatedly clicking the file Setup.exe. Simply close the message. The problem will be solved immediately.

A 8: The answer to this question is the same answer to the previous question. Please refer.

A2: You can purchase the pack of four DVD's of Noor programs, and install and activate them on your external hard disk. All programs that are newly produced and developed, have this capability of installation and activation. (You may have noticed the small image of a computer when you run for the first time a Noor program that you have already installed. After setting up a program if you copy the program folder to your external hard disk, an image of a USB port will appear).
Setting up the programs on an external hard disk is considered as setting up it on a new hardware, therefore, one of your five authorizations for setting up will be deducted.

A 3: Solution 1: First inactivate your Antivirus application. There exists, in many antivirus applications, an option for inactivating it. In Esed Nod32 (antivirus) after you click the window of this application, press F5 Key and remove the checkmark of its three options. Now you can set up the Program. After the setting up is successfully completed, reactivate your antivirus application. It is recommended not to connect to the Internet and not to use a suspicious flash memory while your antivirus is inactive.
Solution 2: Purchase the DVD pack of Noor programs. (Pay attention to the primary remarks of this very section.)

A 4: If you want to install Jami` al-Ahadith 3 for example, in Windows 7, when the setup process reaches the page to specify the installation pathof the Program, the default path below will be recommended:
C:\\Program Files\\Noor\\JamiAhadith
And the path for saving the personal researches is recommended as the following by default:
C:\\Users\\MyName\\AppData\\Roaming\\Noor
Now if you want to change the setup path to Drive D, you can change it as recommended below:
D:\\Noor\\JamiAhadith
And change the path of the personal researches as the following:
D:\\Noor\\Research
In this instance your program will be installed in Drive D, in the folder Noor and under the title of JamAhadith. Similarly, your personal researches will be saved in the folder Research within the folder JamiAhadith.
Important notes:
To specify the path for setting up the Program, never use Persian characters.
Make sure the colon and backslashes (:\\) are not deleted (by mistake), otherwise the setup precess will be interrupted.
You'd better use the main menu on the setup page to specify the path.
In certain programs, when you change the setup path, by means of "Browse", a path with two backslashes is recommended. Please note that only one backslash is required (delete the second one). (Answer code: 202)

A 7: 1) In case your User Account is in Farsi (Farsi characters), follow the steps below then change the default language of your computer to Farsi:
In Windows XP: Control Panel =>Region and Language => Advanced
Now select "Farsi" from the dropdown menu.
In Windows Vista and Windows 7: Control Panel => Clock, Language an Region => Region and Language => Administrative=> Change System Local
Now select "Farsi" from dropdown menu.
2) In case your problem was not solved in the previous step, you must define your "User Account" using English characters and then follow the setup steps.
3) If the problem still exists and either the message "The path for setting up the Program is not accessible" or " The path of personal researches is not accessible" is shown, you can alternatively copy the colder in the CD/DVD having the same name of the Program to the hard disk of your computer and install the Program. (Note: That folder has a bigger volume and contains more files compared with other folders).

A 9: In case you want to install the Program in your Laptop computer, please make sure that you have inserted the DVD into the drive properly. In case it is inserted properly but the problem still exists, then do the setup process in a PC and copy the successful setup file to a flash memory and then to the specified path in your Laptop computer. (Please note that by transferring data of a Program from a computer to another, the same result of setting up the Programs is achieved with no difference).
In case the Program can by no means installed, neither in PC nor in Laptop computer, then contact our "Support" section.

A. 12: Noor programs can be installed in computers whose operating system is Windows XP with service pack 2 or 3, Windows 7 and Windows Vista (All 32-Bit and 64-Bit versions of Windows support the latest duplication of Noor programs). Therefore, it is notable that Noor programs by no means are installed in Windows for Mobile, Linux, MacIntosh, and IPAD. In case you are a user of virtual Windows associated with above operating systems, and encounter any problem with setting up, activation and using up the setup licenses, no support will be offered by the Support section.

A 13: The 32-digit and 12-digit CE-keys belong to the older versions of Noor programs. They can be replaced with the new versions. To do so please contact our Sales offices in Qum or Tehran. You will be charged with a small amount of money for this replacement.

"Another version of this product has already been installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel E7C2A12F2A41-4EBB-ADIF-DEFD40FF57
A 10: this message denotes that you have previously set up another version of the same Program. So in case your Windows is XP, go to Control Panel and then Add/Remove Programs and remove the Program. In case your Windows is 7, go to Control Panel and then Programs and Features menu and remove the Program.
Please note that the previously setup version of the Program lacks the date of production, but the new version that you want to install has the date of production.
Warning: To remove a program never delete the folder of the Program directly. The reasonable way to remove a program is what has been explained in response to the question above.

A 11: First of all please be advised that only those versions of the Noor programs that have the production date (printed on the CD/DVD's label) can be supported by the "Support" section.
You shouldn't have deleted the folder of the Program directly. Now the only solution is to make use of "Uninstaller" applications so that you can remove the remainders of the Program you have deleted improperly.
Uninstall_for_Microsof is one of such applications. In case you have renamed the folder of the Program after setting up, or have transferred it (i.e. cut and pasted it) to elsewhere whether in the same drive or otherwise, the Installer becomes necessary.
Procedure:
Having installed the Program go to "Start" and select "Windows Install Clean Up" A window opens from which you should select your required program and click "Remove". Make sure not to remove other programs).
Second solution: Install the Program in another computer. (Without activating it, copy the folder of the Program to the first computer by means of a flash memory and then activate it .

A 15: In the recent duplication of Noor programs pack the serial number is available on the cover of the pack. To reveal the number simply scratch it with care. In case it is not available, please refer to the vendor and demand a serial number from him. The Support section is not responsible for purchases from unauthorized vendors. In case your problem is not solved, please contact the Support section. (Answer code: 304)

A 18: In case you have activated a Noor program 5 times (i.e. in 5 computers) you no longer may activate that program with that serial number. To inquire about the serial number of the Program, simply contact the Support section.
In case you have used up all the 5 setup licenses of a Noor program and you wish to install it on another computer, you should purchase it again. The CRCIS may never offer a program with a one-time setup license. (Answer code: 301)

A 14: Since the users of Noor programs include both the Farsi-speaking and non-Farsi-speaking, certain of Noor programs are offered with tri-lingual interfaces. A user can click the Options from the Main Menu (or Main Page) of any of the tri-lingual Noor programs and select his favorite language (English, Arabic or Persian (Farsi)). The menus will change accordingly but the content will remain unchanged.
Please note that the serial number of tri-lingual programs differs from that of the mono-lingual ones. (However, the serial number of CD's developed in July 2002 and later will be recognized, and the language selection menu will be displayed once you activate it. In case you prefer the tri-lingual version of a Noor program, please point it out to the vendor when purchasing.

A 16: At present the serial number of all Noor programs is a 15-digit number. Please make sure not to input less or more digits. In case you use the new duplication of Noor programs, it is not necessary to coordinate between the serial number of the mono-lingual and tri-lingual versions of the Program. Otherwise, in case you use the previous version of a Noor program, you should differentiate between its mono-lingual and tri-lingual version, and input the serial number of each of them properly.
Note 1: In the recently duplicated Noor programs (the ones having production date on the label of the CD) the name of the Program is mentioned on the top of the page.
Note 2: Please make sure not to mistaken the similar Programs and hence their serial numbers.
The following is a list of somehow similar Noor programs that may be mistaken:

So, it is necessary to make sure not to input the serial number of a program mistaken with a similar one.
In case you have regarded the above notes but the computer does not accept the serial number you have input, then contact the Support section. (Answer code: 303)

A 19: In case the serial number of a Noor program is damaged, simply contact the Support section and inform them the number of Following Up, which is a 13-digit number). The retrieval of the serial number of the Program you have purchased is somehow time-consuming.
Note: It is recommended to scratch the serial number of your Program with care.(Answer code: 305)

A 17: In the new duplication of Noor programs (those having the production date on their labels) in case the hard disk of your computer is replaced, the computer will be recognized by Noor programs as a new (and separate) one and hence deduction of the number of setup licenses.
Please note that multiple installations or uninstallations of Noor programs on the same computer (without replacement of its hard disk) will not result in deduction of the number of setup licenses.
Replacement of hardware parts (other than the hard disk) may also affect the setup license limits.
In case you have any question or ambiguity about the remaining number of setup licenses simply contact the Support section. (Answer code: 301)

A 20: The answer is in positive provided that you have activated the Program by one of the three methods (via the Internet, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, or SMS).
Important Note: You should impart the Support section the same information that you have entered in the activation page of the Program. (In case incorrect information that cannot be remembered have been entered in the registration page of the Program, there will be no way to retrieve them).
For instance, if you have activated the Program via the IVR by dialing (+98)2532936290 or (+98)2188140700, but do not remember the phone number of the line through which you have contacted the IVR, the serial number of your Program cannot be retrieved.
The same is true if you have contacted from a place the communication system of which does not support the Caller ID.
The recommended method for activating the Noor programs is via the Internet. In this case if the serial number is lost, it can be retrieved. However, you should have entered your genuine particulars when registering the Noor programs, and in case your email address has changed, you should enter the new email address.
Please note that if you have not activated the Program even once, the missing serial number cannot be retrieved.(Answer code: 306 and 307)

A 22:In the program activation phase, when you run the program for the first time, the program generates a system number (unique device number) from your hard drive, if for any reason, the program cannot generate this device number. The mentioned message will appear. In this case, the activation of the program will be possible only through the Internet. Reminder: this error occurs very rarely. (Answer code: 402)

A 23: Since the email address in among the required items (marked with an asterisk), in case you lack an email address, simply enter an at sign (@) instead.
Please avoid entering the email address of the others, or entering invalid email addresses. The Support section considers the genuine owner of the Program the very user who has activated it with his own particulars including his email address.(Answer code: 407)

A 21: There are three methods to activate a Noor program: 1) via the Internet (online), 2) via the IVR, 3) by sending SMS.
Having installed any of the Noor programs, the Program Activation Panel will be displayed. It is recommended to activate the Program online (via the Internet, i.e. the first option). This way you can also enjoy the trial version of the Program without using the serial number.
The Online activation
Having entered the particulars, connect to the Internet, then click OK. Please make sure to enter genuine and correct particulars. (The information you enter will be kept private).
Activation via the IVR (in case the internet is not available)
a) Select the option "Activation via the IVR", and dial (+98)25-32936270 or (+98)21-88140700; b) Enter the serial No. of the Program and press the asterisk button. C) Enter the number of your computer and confirm it by pressing the asterisk button. At this moment the activation code will be pronounced for you. Write it down carefully and enter it in the given box and click OK.
Warning: In case an incorrect serial number or computer number is entered by mistake, one of your setup license times for the Program will be deducted.
Activation via SMS
SMS the serial number of the Program, as well as your computer number using English digits with no explanations.
Please note that at present the serial number of a Noor program is a 15-digit number; the computer number is a 16-digit number; and the activation code is a 25-digit number.
Important remark: Insertion of the pound mark (#) between the serial number and the computer number is necessary.
It is of no avail if the button with the pound mark creates a space and not the pound mark (#).
In this case you can use the icon of # instead. (Answer code: 401)

A 25: A computer number (or machine number or system number) is a 28-digit figure that is peculiar to our computer. (It differs from one computer to another.)
After you have installed a program completely (i.e. successfully), when you click its running icon for the first time, the Registration Page of the Program will be displayed. You are prompted to fill in the required fields (marked with asterisks). Go to the next stage and select the activation method via the VIR. Then click Next. A number will be displayed. It is your computer number.
In case it is a 28-digit number, then the activation code of our Noor program will be a 38-digit figure.
In case your computer number is a 16-digit figure, the activation code of your Noor program will be a 25-digit number. (Answer code: 401)

A 24: After a Noor program is activated, a folder under the little of Noor is created. Renaming or deleting it will result in inactivation of the Noor programs. Therefore, it is recommended to investigate this issue first. While running Noor programs you should use the Administrator account.
If you run the Windows by a user name having limited account, you cannot run Noor programs. Using those programs that control the Registry of the Windows, like Tune_Up may cause inactivation of the programs.
The reason is that each time a program is run, it requires to make changes in the Registry. Usually, due to invalid settings, the Windows side-programs such as Tune_Up will prevent this task.
To solve the problem of sudden inactivation of Noor programs please follow the steps below and then activate the programs:
Note: If you follow these steps, all programs – including those that were running properly – will be inactivated.
Consider your required capabilities (including access to the Internet) and then follow these steps:
Step 1: Delete the folder Noor from the root of drive C.
(The folder Programs is not meant).
Step 2: Go to Registry of the Windows. Then go to folder Software under HKEY_CURRENT_USER and delete folder Noor.
The quickest way to open the folder Registry in Windows XP:
Click Run and type regedit onto the input line, then click its icon (or press the Enter key).
In Windows 7 and Windows Vista: Click Start menu. Then type regedit onto the search line, and click its icon (or press the Enter key).
The path that you will reach must be as the following:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareNOOR
Please be very careful otherwise you will incur irrecoverable damages and losses.
Step 3) In Windows 7 and Windows Vista you should decrease the security level of the Windows as explained below:
In Windows Vista: Go to Control Panel and click User Accounts. A page opens. You should click Turn User Account Control On or Off, then remove the checkmark from User Account Control (UAC) to Help Protect your Computer.
b) Restart your computer
In Windows 7
Go to Control Panel and click User Accounts. Now a page opens.
You should move the slider to the lowest level that is Never notify.
If you are prompted to restart your computer, do it and run the Program again. Now activate the Program for a second time.(Answer code: 408)

Step 1: Download the file NoorLock.dll. Close the Activation Page. It is recommended to close all current windows.
Step 2: Right-click the icon of the required program in the desktop, then click Open File Location. A folder opens. Paste the file you have downloaded into this folder. A message will be displayed which reads: "There is already a file with the same name in this location. Do you want to replace it with the file you are copying?" Click Yes.
In Windows Vista and Windows 7 select the option Copy and replace.
In case you have downloaded this file properly, and have replaced the old one with it, the number of your computer will change to a number other than the following:

Important remark: This correction file is useful only for those versions of the Noor programs that have no production date. As a matter of fact, the change of the Windows from the core of Windows XP to the cores of Windows Vista and Windows 7 has caused changes in all software programs of the world. In all new versions of Noor programs (produced and developed in June-July 2009 and later) this problem has been solved, and thus they do not need this correction file. Therefore, causing any change in these versions will result in inactivation of them.
Please note that all necessary corrections have been made with respect to all Noor programs presented in a pack of 4 DVID's.
