Since no Quranic mystical commentary of such breadth has been presented regarding the verses of "Masnavi-ye Ma'navi" until now—and if any exist, they were either part of other discussions or very brief—we decided to present this research project as a software application. Sheikh Mahmud Shabistari is one of the great masters of the 7th century AH. However, what made him famous and immortal is his beautiful work titled "Golshan-e Raz" (The Rose Garden of Mystery), which is now made available to the people of the heart. Our goal in launching this software is to enable you, dear users, to quickly access the foundations of the mystical spirit; for we believe that the final station of introspection for every human being is Gnosis (Irfan), and all human effort will ultimately lead to it. The objective of compiling this "Thematic Masnavi" is to facilitate the utilization of "Masnavi-ye Ma'navi" by the mystic Rumi for those traversing the valley of Gnosis and engaging in spiritual journeying, as well as for optimal use by researchers, students, religious speakers, and educational mentors. A concise, mystical, specialized, yet publicly accessible commentary has been written on the topics of this book, enabling the reader to easily become familiar with the original titles.
