The "Library and Encyclopedia of Jurisprudence 3" program is a new version of the comprehensive jurisprudence software that has been produced in order to make jurisprudential content accessible and also to facilitate and accelerate the research and inference of the enlightened rulings of Islam. This software and its subsequent versions have been designed in a phased program to make maximum use of the latest technological achievements in text processing and new artificial intelligence techniques.
In this version, an effort has been made to collect, digitize, and present as many outstanding works in the field of jurisprudential content as possible. On the other hand, considering the scope of production of specialized jurisprudential content in recent decades and the existing limitations, reference books have been selected from these works through specialized processes and placed on the agenda of the content production and processing cycle and finally presented.
This version also addresses the quantitative and qualitative development of the previous research activities; Such as: separating the verses of rulings and extracting more verses in books to develop verse-based research, categorizing texts in terms of jurisprudential chapters, developing jurisprudential rule applications based on the content of thematic jurisprudential dictionaries and analyzing new jurisprudential content, refining the list of jurisprudential rules, processing new books of jurisprudential terminology and encyclopedias, establishing a connection between texts and explanations automatically and by an expert force, etc.
It is worth noting that this version of the program is presented in the new format of the standard Noor desktop library, which will bring new capabilities to researchers; Including providing a new version of Noor search engine with improved ranking and results refinement capabilities, providing the ability to find similar texts for the first time in desktop software, improving the user interface and facilitating access to program features such as the main program headers, book ID and bibliography, improving peripheral tools such as the researcher, dictionary and Quran tool, etc. 

Necessity and purpose of production 
The science of jurisprudence has a high position and status among Islamic sciences. This heavenly science owes its continuity, growth and development to the thoughts, ideas and valuable writings of wise scholars who have devoted their whole being throughout history to protecting and preserving the life-giving school of Islam and have confronted deviations and deviations, and some of their intellectual and scientific efforts have been manifested in their books and works.
However, while traditional ijtihad and jurisprudence are considered a valuable heritage for Islamic culture and civilization, if they do not move towards new methods and new tools for extracting and explaining ideas and jurisprudential principles, they cannot maintain their effectiveness for today's world.
In this regard, the Noor Islamic Sciences Computer Research Center, taking this matter into account and based on the necessity and goals that will be mentioned below, has taken steps to reproduce its jurisprudential programs, including the Comprehensive Jurisprudence Project. is:
Collecting and facilitating access to extensive jurisprudential resources with the aim of preserving the principles and foundations of Shiite jurisprudence and preserving its historical identity;
Systematizing and standardizing extensive and diverse jurisprudential research with the aim of developing and strengthening a macroscopic view of jurisprudence and ijtihad, deepening jurisprudential ideas, and strengthening the conscious process of ijtihad;
Improving the methods and methods of religious understanding and inferring rulings using modern tools for the precise and targeted discovery and retrieval of verbal or semantic relationships of data;
Identifying various styles of jurisprudence and extracting the scientific criteria and standards of jurists with a style and innovators in the field of ijtihad in each period of the history of jurisprudence;
Correcting and amending some of the mental backgrounds and assumptions in inferring rulings;
Using text mining tools with the aim of accelerating the preparation of content metadata such as Abstract writing, topic extraction, connecting texts to a tree and indexing the text;
Using various methods of systematizing and establishing communication between large amounts of information;
Creating a network of jurisprudential concepts and metadata in the form of modern information systems using specific patterns and relationships existing among concepts in various jurisprudential fields;
Providing access to the latest jurisprudential research and studies in the form of scientific articles and theses with the aim of conducting efficient research and accurately responding to the individual and social needs of religious audiences, in line with the rapid evolution of ideas, the fading of cultural boundaries and the speed of communication between societies;
Providing software to meet the jurisprudential demands and needs of the Islamic society and the religious government at various levels with the aim of solving judicial, legal, social, economic, etc. issues and problems;
The necessity of providing and developing jurisprudential resources due to the abundance of books compiled in the science of jurisprudence and the lack of some books needed by researchers in this field, In particular, new jurisprudential books compiled on new topics and issues that were introduced in the previous version of the program; The necessity of upgrading and updating the capabilities and facilities of the previous version of the program based on the needs of researchers and facilitating the use of the program considering the new structure and capabilities of the Noor Standard Library software and the use of new text mining achievements such as the elastic search engine, dictionary, etc.; Establishing a connection between the content of the program and the relevant information available in the center's online databases with the aim of using the information metadata and extensive facilities available in these databases; Developing and expanding the related books section, including textbook explanations, core books of foreign courses such as Urwa al-Wathqi and Tahrir al-Wasilah, and some narrated books such as the Sharif al-Kafi book, etc.; The necessity of providing some important Sunni jurisprudential sources due to the connection between jurisprudence and Imami ijtihad and
