Introduction
The software "Catalog of Manuscripts in Sciences and Arts during the Era of Islamic Civilization, supervised by Dr. Yousef Beyk Babapour," is made available to dear researchers and enthusiasts through the efforts of "Noor Computer Sepehr Services Company." Noor Sepehr hopes that this CD will contribute significantly to elevating the scientific level of human society. Below, you will become acquainted with the "Content" and "Features" of this program.
A. Program Content
With the help of this library, users can access a descriptive catalog and bibliography of manuscripts belonging to the era of Islamic civilization, housed in libraries across Iran and select libraries worldwide. The collection covers sciences and arts including: "Medicine," "Alchemy and related sciences," "Geography (1,500 manuscripts)," "Mathematics and related sciences," "Natural Sciences," "Astronomy and related sciences," "Agriculture and Farming," "Cooking and Food Knowledge," "Veterinary Medicine and Animals," "Encyclopedias and Multidisciplinary Works," "Muraqqa'at and Calligraphy," "Travelogues and Journey Accounts," "Music," and "Industries such as: Book Illumination, Dyeing, Mechanical Tricks (Al-Hiyal), Paper Making, and Tools."

* Text Display:
- Access to the text and index of all works available in the program.
- Ability to select tree-view or selective indexes and link them to the text, featuring two-way synchronization between text and index.
- Capability to select book title, volume, and page, along with the ability to expand the text and index pages.
- Simultaneous comparison of two texts from one or two different books.
- Restricting the scope of text and book indexes to desired items.
- Ability to save any selected texts or indexes independently for easy access.
* Search:
- Simple and advanced search within the text and index of the program's books.
- Ability to save each performed search independently for easy future access.
- Limiting the search scope to specific desired text(s) with special capabilities.
- Indexing using general markers to create dynamic and diverse word lists.
* Dictionary:
- Complete text of several dictionary series with access to word roots and derivatives.
- Linking text vocabulary with the program's dictionaries for easier comprehension of meanings.
* Active Research:
- Linking the text and index of books with other program sections, such as: Display, Search, Quran, Dictionary, or Bibliography.
- Capability to transfer selected text to external memory or to the Ms-Word environment.
* Bibliography:
- Access to useful information regarding the manuscript study (versioning) of each book.
* Note-Taking:
- Ability to transfer desired text or index to the program's note section.
- Capability to save and edit the transferred text within the note page.
- Transfer of text from the note section to the Ms-Word environment.

- Printing the user's desired text or index, accompanied by multiple features.
