About Library of Interpretative Hadiths
The Quran and the Ahl al-Bayt (the Household of the Prophet), these two precious gems and enduring legacies harmonious with the Prophetic mission, have always been gushing, pure springs of sublime divine knowledge and otherworldly subtleties. They have quenched the thirst of those seeking heavenly knowledge, fulfilled the hopes of seekers of hidden secrets, and brought joy to the grief-stricken in the valley of confusion. In this regard, exegetical hadiths are luminous words that report the infallible understanding and unique insight of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) regarding certain verses of the Holy Quran.
Definition and Benefit
"The Library of Exegetical Hadith" is the name of a new program presented by the Quran Group of the Computer Research Center for Islamic Sciences to the community of Quranic researchers. This program presents all Shia exegetical works and hadith collections containing exegetical narrations. Dear users, by utilizing this software, can access hadiths transmitted from the Infallibles (AS) available in the program's sources, conduct Quranic research, and gain mastery over the approach of narrative exegesis.
Background and Necessity
Previously, the Computer Research Center for Islamic Sciences produced software such as "Noor Al-Anwar 2," "Jame' Tafasir Noor" (Comprehensive Exegesis), and "Jame' Al-Ahadith versions 2.5 and 3.5," among others, wherein exegetical hadiths were presented in methods suitable for each program. However, since these programs, despite all their advantages, do not encompass all hadith collections and narrative exegeses, there was a clear need for a program containing all exegetical hadiths. The production of "The Library of Exegetical Hadith" is a response to this need. This program was previously produced under the title "Al-Anwar Al-Radawiyyah" (a joint effort between Noor Center and Shams Al-Duha Institute) and is now offered by the Center under its new name with slight modifications and upgrades.
