The Office of the Supreme Leader's Representative:

The Office of the Supreme Leader's Representative in universities operates in line with elucidating Islamic values and deepening the religious and revolutionary awareness of students and academics. Based on the resolution passed by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution in Esfand 1372 SH (March 1994), it undertakes the duties stipulated in its statute.

Objectives:

1. Expanding and deepening Islamic knowledge and interests among students and academics, and clarifying Islamic values.

2. Creating and expanding a spiritual and Islamic atmosphere in universities, and fostering moral virtues among academics.

3. Developing political insight within the university environment.

4. Intellectually supporting and guiding student and academic associations.

5. Establishing Islamic and revolutionary values at executive and scientific levels.

6. Countering the propagation of deviant beliefs and thoughts, resisting cultural invasion, and strengthening the spirit of self-confidence and intellectual independence.

7. Strengthening the bond between the Seminary (Hawza) and the University.

Deputy for Strategic Studies:

To achieve the aforementioned objectives, deputies for Strategic Studies, Political Affairs, Cultural Affairs, Education and Human Resources, and Planning were established. Through the Department of Consultation and Response, the Office of Publishing Ma'arif, the Text Compilation Unit, the University of Islamic Ma'arif, and the Institute of Islamic Culture and Thought, numerous cultural and scientific-research services have been made available to academics in various written and digital formats.

The "Feast of Light" (Ziyafat-e Noor) CD:

This software contains the text of the main lessons from the "Student Thought Feast" project under the titles: "Towards God," "Eternal Spring," and "Hand in Hand with Morning," along with over 110 volumes of useful books related to the core curriculum. It has been prepared through the efforts and cooperation of the Deputy for Strategic Studies of the Representative's Office and the Computer Research Center for Islamic Sciences.
